2. What this notice covers
This notice explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you browse our website, request a quote, place an order, create an account or contact us.
3. Information we collect
We may collect:
- contact details, including name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number;
- order information, including products, artwork, personalisation instructions, sizes and delivery details;
- account and correspondence information, including messages, quote requests and customer-service enquiries;
- payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. For bank transfers, we may retain transaction and payer-reference information;
- technical and usage information, including IP address, device/browser information and website activity collected through cookies and Google Analytics 4.
4. How we use your information and our lawful bases
We use your information to:
- process orders, provide quotes, personalise goods, take payment, deliver goods and provide customer support. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract;
- meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation;
- protect our business, prevent fraud, maintain website security and improve our products and services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests, provided your interests and rights do not override them;
- send marketing emails where you have opted in. Our lawful basis is consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Marketing
We will only send marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We use an email-marketing provider, such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, where applicable.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only where necessary with:
- DecoNetwork, which provides our ecommerce website platform;
- Stripe, which processes card payments;
- banks and payment providers where you pay by bank transfer;
- delivery and fulfilment providers;
- email-marketing providers, such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign, for opted-in marketing;
- Google Analytics 4, to help us understand website use;
- professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where required by law or needed to protect our rights.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we take appropriate steps to ensure the transfer is protected in line with UK data-protection law.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purpose collected:
- order, payment and tax records are normally kept for up to seven years;
- quotes and general enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry and our business records;
- marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;
- account information is kept while your account is active and then only as long as needed for our records or legal obligations.
We may retain information longer where required or permitted by law, including to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- provide access to your personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- erase information in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- provide a portable copy of information you have provided to us;
- withdraw consent at any time, including for marketing.

We use essential cookies to operate the website, including cookies needed for account login, session management and checkout. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site.
